Description :

Answer and address all loss mitigation correspondence and tickets related to Subservicer’s portfolio in a timely and professional manner.

Work directly with portfolio manager to resolve any issues promptly.

• Complete First Line of Defense reviews in all default servicing areas including Customer Service, Investor Accounting, Continuity of Contact Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Claims.
• Provide Daily Support and Oversight for default matters related to Subservicer. Daily review of reporting, systems, and documentation to ensure Subservicer compliance with applicable requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures. Assist the department supervisor as needed.

Hours :

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - Hybrid

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Servicing experience within : Default, Customer Service, Loss mitigation, foreclosure, general loan servicing, escrow, Collections experience (Must be thorough and pay attention to detail)
• Excellent communication, via email and phone
• Strong attention to detail, following strict guidelines and procedures
• Proficient with computers

PLUS :

Knowledge of investory guidelines : Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA .

SOFT SKILLS :

• Strong communication (with the attorneys and customers)
• Strong accuracy, minimal errors
• Strong attention to detail
• Very thorough
